Due to the numerous problems reported acquiring a CCR Registration Number,
we will accept applications without a CCR Registration by the original deadline of
April 17, 2009 but it must have a DUNS Number. Your CCR Registration Number
MUST be submitted to our office via email by the close of business on April 24, 2009
